Sometimes when you’re struggling with a problem, or issue, reading an article or researching on the internet isn’t enough. In fact reading the abundance of often conflicting advice online can be overwhelming.
Speaking to someone who has been through the same problem can be extremely helpful and can really kickstart your healing.
I have found that three sessions are usually the most beneficial.
- In your first session we will discuss your problem and I will give you your personal “treatment plan” which will include the exact steps you need to take to overcome your issue.
- In your second session we will talk about how it is going and I will make further suggestions if necessary.
- Your third session will outline a clear way forward to build on your success.
